PepWorks International began the day after the fall of the twin towers
on September 11, 2001.
Since the attacks on America, people in the workplace continue to bring their fears and anxieties to work. Morale is plummeting, cynicism has surged and apathy and mediocrity have set in.
My vision is to change the workplace one company at a time….to create employers of choice having leaders of choice… to change the American worker…the 52% that hate their job and the 33% who work for an incompetent leader. The time has come to change both followers and leaders.
I left a secure “prestige position” with BMW, a new “bimmer” every 10,000 miles and a tremendous benefit package to pursue my life-long passion…to Positively Encourage People in the workplace. I decided it was more important to be significant in the lives of people than to be successful.
I want to be known as a legacy leader…putting others in the position to do great things after I have retired and died.
